Why was AFS restricting me to go to Taiwan on the 17. of December?

If AFS does not approve of us exploring Asia and trying to enjoy our stay in Hong Kong then what does it stand for?
It seems like the rules are the only things that matter to you guys.
AFS is not a company striving for profit, it is a non-profit organization that is supposed to be run by heart, not concrete.

I wanted to go on the 17th. My natural father allowed me to go on the 17th. My host parents allowed me to go on the 17th.
My school seemed to have no problems with me going AT ALL! My mentor teacher was telling me to hand in the application so they could approve of it. What was the problem then?

I remember my mentor teacher talking to me and saying that you, Javior, felt bad about me going abroad because I had already left Kong Kong four times. I left for Japan in October but where are the other three, was I sleeping?

AFS said it was against it's rules to allow students to skip school days. Why on earth did you then break your own rules to make me(and many others) do school talks for you!?! The latest one was yesterday. EXPLAIN.

Support Contacts calling our home spreading anger between our two parties for NO reason AT ALL.
If this was really about this unbelievably important student meeting why didn't you just call me in for a special one?

I have contacted AFS Iceland and they see NO REASON for your behavior which finally lead to us having to rewrite our plans, change hotel bookings, change flight tickets and spending A LOT OF MONEY to please your very very confusing will. Will we get this money reimbursed, if no: why not?

Explain this to me, please.
